Evista’s involvement in the New York construction and renovation market in the last decade involved many different projects including multi-unit rehabilitation for market resale, renovation and new construction for retail and boutique businesses, as well as high-end residential projects. Our company was incorporated by its two principals Richard Evon and Jiri Kallista who have been involved in the New York City construction market for over 20 years. During the early nineties, they each worked in the combination industry in various projects when they decided to create a partnership that capitalized on the combination of their technical expertise and experience, a burgeoning client base, and not incidentally, the ability to communicate with customers, design professionals, subcontractors, and each other. They believe that the whole is truly greater than the sum of its parts.

up-to-date information technology and construction services, thereby speeding communication with our jobsites. Our projects are staffed with knowledgeable project managers, who are in constant communication with architects and our office, which helps to expedite the construction process and reduce costs to our customers.
